# Gate 8R Beat This browser bundle — redistribution notices

This file records the third-party material intentionally included in the browser-local Beat This parity bundle. It is a packaging inventory, not legal advice.

## Beat This! model and published weights

- Project: `CPJKU/beat_this`
- Upstream package used for the frozen reference: `beat-this==1.1.0`
- Reference checkpoint: `final0`
- Checkpoint SHA-256: `8c328b45f59d8dd3dff219253ff6a8d6482be57d0133a29140e2febbf8eb8331`
- License: MIT
- Copyright notice: Copyright (c) 2024 Institute of Computational Perception, JKU Linz, Austria

The upstream project states that its code and published model weights are MIT-licensed. It separately notes that some training material has copyright or limited Creative Commons terms and leaves assessment of any resulting model-use implications to downstream users.

## Musetric ONNX conversion of Beat This `final0`

- Model repository: `musetric/beat-this-onnx`
- Pinned revision: `45ba973e6c1fbee08a8a75b485e1c5adf45d2bc4`
- ONNX file: `beat_this.onnx`
- ONNX SHA-256: `3472a3957f25f4c3a2d68b46ee4b784e065a8ebd46132796c1a6bdd817229253`
- ONNX bytes: `83,177,894`
- Mel filterbank SHA-256: `1ee975d96f44ccf2c3bfe37825c1c1f0b089f5703c7a12a84b1f0a3bce004533`
- Config SHA-256: `56cc961ddc588c57787c20c01ec6ab483b23af1049e65bd33d599a81803acd69`
- Model-card license: MIT, inherited from the upstream Beat This weights

The parity prospect redistributes the converted model bytes, filterbank, and config, but does not redistribute Musetric application/runtime source code.

## ONNX Runtime Web

- Package: `onnxruntime-web@1.29.0`
- Project: Microsoft ONNX Runtime
- License: MIT

The parity bundle includes the local browser ESM/WASM assets required by the WASM execution provider and includes the package's license file. No CDN copy is required at runtime.

## Bander parity host code

The browser-side audio preparation, chunk aggregation, and minimal peak postprocessing in `tests/harness/gate8r-beat-this-browser-parity.js` are maintained in Bander. They reproduce the published Beat This inference contract: 22,050 Hz mono input, 1024-point periodic-Hann STFT with 441-sample hop and reflect centering, the pinned 513×128 mel filterbank, `log1p(1000*x)`, 1500-frame chunks with six-frame borders and keep-first aggregation, and the upstream minimal peak/downbeat postprocessor.

## Test corpus

The Gate 8R public tuning corpus is test evidence and is not part of the browser runtime bundle. Its own source licenses and provenance remain governed by `tests/gate8r/public-corpus-lock.json` and the pinned source repositories.
