I'm TEKWITCH, and I made this thing for people who like playing with moving pictures—whether you're just curious, making art, streaming, or building something worth sharing. Bander lets you put videos together, play with their timing, arrange them, make them move to music, and turn the results into something you can keep. Your source files stay on your own device. Start by adding some videos and pressing Play. You don't need to understand everything before you start messing with it. When a button pulses, that's Bander pointing out something you can do right now—not an alarm, and not an order. Want me to show you around, or would you rather explore on your own?Reduced motion is on. Instead of pulsing, Bander uses a strong border and a label: ACT HERE for a control, WAIT HERE for progress.

Start with source loading and continue through recovery, bands, audio, music, export, preferences and diagnostics. Every step uses the actual Bander controls. You can pause or decline without losing your saved lesson.
Bander shows you three bands at a time, but you can work with five. Use [ and ] to move the view through them. Add media, adjust the part that loops, and move the picture directly. Hold + (or press Shift+O) to put one source into the empty, unlocked bands in view. Turn on audio orchestration if you want the bands to move with music.
Tap ♪ on any loaded band to add or remove its sound. When orchestration is enabled, hold ♪ (or Shift-click) to choose the one band that supplies the musical timing. The band setting the beat doesn't have to be audible.
Choose + on an empty band to add a video from your device. Press Play to see what you've made. If you want another picture, use + on another empty band. That's enough to begin—nothing needs to be cleared or completed before you keep experimenting.
Tab moves through controls normally. Focus a video image to frame it: Arrow keys reposition the crop, Shift+Arrow moves farther, and + / − changes zoom. Focus an IN or OUT triangle, then Arrow nudges one source frame; Shift+Arrow nudges one second; Shift+Alt+Arrow nudges one minute. The playhead accepts the same keyboard increments. Escape closes this screen or cancels a pending rebind.
Drag either IN/OUT triangle to move that boundary. Shift+drag moves the whole loop; touch/pen can hold the triangle until it lights, then drag. Drag the picture to reposition the crop; wheel or pinch zooms. Enhanced Export also offers Adjust crop with buttons for each output size, and Shorter/Taller workspace controls without dragging. When audio orchestration is enabled, swipe across the viewport to step through all five bands; a short tap on an eligible OUT can also expose the musical-duration bubble.
