What this is
This is a no-charge additional permission for TEKWITCH Toys. It applies automatically when you qualify; no purchase, fee, activation, account, application, or individual approval is required.
Who qualifies
You qualify if you are a natural person using a covered TEKWITCH Toy in your own creative practice, either personally or through a legal entity you wholly own and control.
This includes independent artists, performers, streamers, sex workers, adult-content creators, and other independent creators engaged in lawful work.
Permission
If you qualify, TEKWITCH grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, no-charge permission to use the covered Toy commercially in your own creative practice.
This includes monetized art, media, performances, livestreams, subscriptions, commissions, and client work.
Your outputs
You may sell, license, publish, stream, distribute, and otherwise commercially exploit the outputs you create with the Toy.
A platform, client, publisher, distributor, or audience member receiving your output does not receive a license to the Toy itself.
One Toy, all versions
This permission attaches to the covered Toy identity, not to a particular version number. It covers current and future TEKWITCH releases of that same Toy and, to the extent TEKWITCH can grant the applicable rights, earlier releases of the same Toy identity.
A substantially different product with a different TEKWITCH Toy identity is a different Toy.
Not included
This permission does not allow you to sell or sublicense the Toy itself; commercially redistribute the Toy or a modified build; offer the Toy or a modified build as a hosted software service; or embed the Toy or a modified build into another commercial software product or service.
Other applicable licenses may independently grant rights beyond this permission. This permission does not take those rights away.
No payment or approval required
No purchase, fee, activation, account, application, individual approval, renewal, seat count, usage count, or revenue report is required for this permission.
Public-license relationship
A Toy's base/public license remains independently available on its own terms. This permission adds commercial creator rights where TEKWITCH can grant them; it does not replace or narrow rights already provided by another applicable license.
Third-party components
This permission applies only to rights TEKWITCH can grant. Third-party components remain under their own licenses and notices.
Version
This instrument is TEKWITCH Independent Creator Commercial Permission 2.0. The earlier Bander-specific Independent Creator Commercial Permission 1.0 remains historical authority for releases that adopted it; this 2.0 instrument is the Toy-wide standing successor.
