What this is
This is the standard commercial-use permission TEKWITCH may issue for an eligible TEKWITCH Toy release. It becomes effective only when TEKWITCH issues or confirms grant evidence identifying the licensee, the exact Toy and version, and this permission ID.
A Toy's public license remains available independently. This permission does not buy a second copy of the Toy and does not turn the public Toy download into a gated entitlement.
Permission
For the exact Toy and version identified in the grant evidence, TEKWITCH grants the identified purchaser—one individual or one legal entity—a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, perpetual permission to use that Toy in the purchaser's own commercial work.
The purchaser may use the Toy with unlimited internal users, AI instances, devices, and internal installations; copy and modify it for the purchaser's own internal use; use it in business operations and paid client work; and deliver ordinary results, analysis, work product, or other outputs created through use of the Toy.
Not included
This permission does not permit resale or redistribution of the Toy or a modified or adapted copy; sublicensing; publishing a substitute distribution; installing or transferring the Toy or a modified or adapted copy into a customer's or client's environment as a deliverable; or embedding, OEM use, or incorporation of the Toy into another product or service offered to third parties.
Outputs may be delivered to clients. The Toy itself, or a modified or adapted copy that a client can use independently, may not be delivered under this permission. Excluded uses require separate written terms from TEKWITCH.
One version
The permission applies only to the exact Toy version identified in the grant evidence. It does not expire for that version. A later separately released version is not automatically included.
Public-license relationship
For Toys released under Prosperity Public License 3.0.0, that public license remains available for uses within its scope, including its 30-day commercial trial. Once this permission is effective, the public license's 30-day commercial-use limit does not restrict the commercial uses covered by this permission for the identified Toy/version.
Except where this permission expressly changes the commercial-use scope, the public license terms packaged with the Toy continue to apply.
No licensing machinery
This permission does not require activation, DRM, telemetry, seat counting, invocation counting, revenue reporting, or a subscription.
Issuance and evidence
The descriptive commercial-use section packaged with a Toy is not itself a purchaser-specific grant. The grant is established by TEKWITCH-issued or TEKWITCH-confirmed evidence that identifies the licensee, exact Toy/version, and tekwitch-commercial-use-permission-1.0.
For a future self-serve purchase, grant evidence is issued only after the trusted transaction path verifies authoritative paid state. A voluntary tip or offering has no licensing effect.
Different rights
Redistribution, sublicensing, embedding, OEM use, transfer to another legal entity, or another materially different permission requires separate written terms from TEKWITCH.
Version
This instrument is TEKWITCH Commercial Use Permission 1.0. A later revision must use a different permission/version identifier; existing grants continue to refer to the version identified in their grant evidence.
