TEKWITCH believes in harm reduction, not purity tests. The following labels exist to help users make informed choices about how they pursue their own ends.

NO AI NEEDED

Using these products does not require an AI.

AI OPTIONAL

Using these products can involve at least one optional feature that relies on some form of local machine learning; no data center involved.

AI PAYLOAD

This dependency is itself a trained machine-learning model or a packaged representation of one.

AI NATIVE

These products are designed to operate inside existing AI systems, specifically for the purposes of reducing one or more negative aspects of AI adoption: misuse, overuse, inference waste, and/or infrastructure bloat.

AI INVOLVED

These products were developed through a process in which TEKWITCH chose to incorporate at least one artistic or creative step powered by some form of machine learning.

CURRENT PERMISSIONS

TOYS

Device Baseline Collector, Revision Drift Auditor, Parallax, and LLM System Capability Review are covered by the TEKWITCH No-charge Toy Use Permission 1.0. Personal use, internal organizational work, paid client work, and commercial use of your own outputs do not require a purchase, registration, activation, or approval.

That permission does not authorize redistribution of a Toy, sublicensing, inclusion in a third-party product, or customer-facing hosting of the Toy. Existing public licenses and third-party notices still apply. Bander has its own authority, below.

Bander

Bander's controlling project licensing scheme governs its software. The accepted v1.2 scheme standardizes future stable and experimental Bander releases on PolyForm Perimeter 1.0.1. Previously published releases retain their original base-license notices, including older experimental Noncommercial releases; the new rule does not rewrite historic proofs.

In addition, qualifying individual creators—including creators selling their own videos, performances, commissions, subscriptions, or client work—receive the TEKWITCH Independent Creator Commercial Permission 2.0, without a fee or application. The grant also covers eligible past and future TEKWITCH-authored Bander releases to the extent TEKWITCH controls the rights. It does not supersede broader rights independently granted under a release's base license.

Stable and experimental proofs remain separately identified by release maturity, not different licensing policies. Each release carries its applicable original license and exact third-party notices. Neither line sells software-use permission.

DRESSUP

DRESSUP shows TEKWITCH designs. The site does not sell garments, hold inventory, take orders, collect shipping details, or arrange returns. If an external artist storefront is available, that retailer controls sizes, availability, prices, payment, shipping, returns, and its own purchase terms. A design appearing here is not a purchase offer from TEKWITCH.com.

SUPPORT

SUPPORT offers informal Twitch community help, asynchronous requests through the WORK email draft, and optional ways to contribute. Assistance is provided when available, not 24/7, and no response time is guaranteed. If an external physical-gift wishlist is active, its provider handles the gift transaction. Gifts do not purchase Toy rights, priority access, commissions, performances, or personal service. No gift is required to use the available work.

WORK

WORK prepares an email draft on your device for concrete proposals, integration, redistribution permissions, commissions, or other collaborations. Opening or sending an inquiry does not create a contract, commit TEKWITCH to work, or confer additional software rights. Separate arrangements require agreement.

LIVE & LINKS

LIVE points to streams on third-party platforms. Twitch and other linked services operate under their own terms, eligibility rules, moderation, and data practices. No third-party purchase or platform account is required merely to browse TEKWITCH.com.

Privacy & security

Read the site privacy and security notice for hosting logs, external destinations, and security reporting. TEKWITCH.com does not operate first-party checkout, account registration, or behavioral profiling. Links to third-party services are governed by those services, not this site's Toy permissions.

Historical license instruments

Earlier paid commercial-use permission texts are preserved as historical legal instruments, not sold or required for any current TEKWITCH Toy. If an earlier grant was issued, consult its own terms and evidence: Commercial Use Permission 1.0 or Commercial Use Permission 2.0. Existing rights are not withdrawn by a later no-charge grant.
