Before you pay
If you qualify for the TEKWITCH Independent Creator Commercial Permission 2.0, you do not need to buy this permission for uses already covered there.
What this is
This is the standardized paid commercial-use permission TEKWITCH may issue for an eligible TEKWITCH Toy to one identified purchaser or legal entity.
A Toy's public download and applicable public license remain available independently. This permission does not buy a second copy of the Toy and does not create an account, subscription, activation system, or gated software entitlement.
Permission
For the Toy identity identified in the grant evidence, TEKWITCH grants the identified purchaser a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, perpetual permission to use that Toy in the purchaser's own commercial work.
The purchaser may use the Toy with unlimited internal users, AI instances, devices, and internal installations; copy and modify it for the purchaser's own internal use; use it in business operations and paid client work; and deliver ordinary results, analysis, work product, or other outputs created through use of the Toy.
One Toy, all versions
The permission attaches to the identified Toy identity, not to a particular release number. It covers current and future TEKWITCH releases of that Toy and, to the extent TEKWITCH can grant the applicable rights, earlier releases of the same Toy identity.
A substantially different product with a different TEKWITCH Toy identity is a different Toy.
Not included
This permission does not permit resale or redistribution of the Toy or a modified or adapted copy; sublicensing; publishing a substitute distribution; installing or transferring the Toy or a modified or adapted copy into a customer's or client's environment as an independently usable deliverable; or embedding, OEM use, or incorporation of the Toy into another product or service offered to third parties.
Outputs may be delivered to clients. Excluded uses require separate written terms from TEKWITCH unless another applicable license independently permits them.
Public-license relationship
A Toy's base/public license remains available on its own terms. Once this permission is effective, any commercial-use limit in that base license does not restrict the commercial uses separately authorized by this permission.
Except where this permission expressly adds or changes commercial-use rights, the applicable base/public license terms continue to apply.
Third-party components
This permission applies only to rights TEKWITCH can grant. Third-party components remain under their own licenses and notices.
No licensing machinery
This permission does not require DRM, telemetry, seat counting, invocation counting, revenue reporting, renewal, or subscription.
Purchase evidence
For self-serve purchase, the Stripe receipt or Stripe payment record is evidence that the commercial permission was purchased for the identified Toy. This page is the permission itself; no separate personalized license document is required.
A Toy version or release SHA may be retained as transaction-time provenance, but it does not limit the scope of the permission.
A voluntary tip or offering has no licensing effect.
Different rights
Redistribution, sublicensing, embedding, OEM use, transfer to another legal entity, or another materially different permission requires separate written terms from TEKWITCH unless another applicable license already grants those rights.
Version
This instrument is TEKWITCH Commercial Use Permission 2.0. TEKWITCH Commercial Use Permission 1.0 remains the historical instrument for grants that explicitly identify version 1.0.
